About Overdrive 3D
Overdrive 3D is an endless checkpoint racer on a real 3D road with sweeping bends and hills. Choose one of six scenery difficulties: Green Hills, Palm Beach, City, Mountains, Highway or Forest Road. Start with 40 seconds and reach each 1,800-metre checkpoint, roughly 30 seconds of clean driving, to add another 30 seconds. Traffic, bends and hills increase as the drive continues. Your score is metres travelled minus 100 per traffic collision minus metres driven off the road. Exact local saves and account sync preserve the road, traffic and remaining time.
Rules in brief
How to play Overdrive 3D
- 01
Select a scenery, then accelerate with W or Up, steer with A/D or Left/Right, and brake with S, Down or Space. A controller and independent touch controls are also supported.
- 02
Reach the next checkpoint before the countdown expires to gain 30 seconds. Stay on the road and pass traffic carefully: every collision deducts 100 metres, and every metre off road also reduces your score.
- 03
Drive as far as possible through increasingly difficult traffic, turns and hills. Press P to pause; your exact drive resumes when you return. Start a new run after time runs out.
