The service
Arcade Noir is a free collection of browser-based games you can play against the computer offline or against other players online. We offer it as a hobby project and may add, change, or remove games and features at any time.
Accounts
You can play as a guest with no account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Don't share your account or impersonate others.
Acceptable use
Play fair and be decent. Don't cheat or manipulate games or ratings, don't disrupt or attack the service or other players, don't abuse chat to harass, spam, or post unlawful content, and don't try to reach parts of the system you aren't authorised to. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Content & intellectual property
The names, look, code, and assets of Arcade Noir belong to us. The underlying game rules are classics in the public domain, but our implementations, artwork, and branding are not — please don't copy or redistribute them without permission.
No warranty
Arcade Noir is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that saved games will always be preserved. You use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcade Noir and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access — including accounts — that violate these Terms or harm the service or other players. You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms; the date above shows when they last changed.
